Customs Support Group (CSG) is Europe’s leading provider of customs services, operating across 13 countries. As part of our mission to deliver seamless customs solutions, we are undergoing a digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. We are seeking a dynamic Finance System Analyst to join our growing team and help drive the finance system change across the group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central, either from an MS Partner or end user.
Responsibilities
- Setup repeatable configuration tailored to local market requirements
- First line testing of all interfaces and configuration
- Data setup management including sales price lists, items, customers, vendors
- Test permission set changes to limit access in line with group policies
- Work on multiple projects arranging UAT training and UAT Testing
- Setting up Continia Document Capture
- Creation of Power Query reports
- Creation of Power BI reports (nice to have)
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Business Central system implementation, preferably in an international context
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English both verbal and written; additional European languages are a plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity and must be a self-starter
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Suite
- Must be residing in Poland
