As a IT Business Architect, you will be part of our Banking and Capital Markets Practice and will join one of our projects settled in a financial environment. You will work in an international team based on agile methodologies and a professional Software Delivery Life Cycle development process.
responsibilities :
Design and maintain business architecture that aligns with organizational strategy and supports end-to-end processes.
Analyze current (as-is) and define future (to-be) business processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment across systems.
Define standards and principles for processes, integrations, and data flows to maintain consistency and compliance.
Engage in sales-related activities, including consulting within the leasing domain and solution design for client needs.
Collaborate with key stakeholders including senior management, IT architects, developers, and product owners to deliver strategic initiatives.
requirements-expected :
bachelors degree in a finance-related and analytical field
Experience in the IT sector in roles such as Business Architect, Business Analyst, Developer, Architect, Delivery Manager, Application Consultant, etc.
ability to translate complex business requirements into technical documentation
experience in collaboration with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
Strong knowledge of at least one leasing product:
Odessa Platform — Odessa Technologies
Miles Enterprise — Sofico
Charisma ERP Suite — Totalsoft
FinQuery (formerly LeaseQuery)
Other Leasing Software Solution
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and negotiation skills.
