Business Trips: Trips will be max once every 2 weeks, mainly to Amsterdam.
Budget : 150 PLN/net/h + VAT on B2B

responsibilities :
Lead and develop the business architecture for Omni Channel Planning
Align and translate strategic objectives to strategic imperatives to be connected to key decisions
Describe the business capabilities, its gaps and maturity uplifts
Provide impact analysis and heatmapping related to the change OCP has
Connect business capabilities to process map
Co-develop with Tech Architects and in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, UX and Business leaders on the complete business solution and its transitional steps from current to target state
requirements-expected :
Experience in Consumer Goods, Wholesale or Retail Industry
Supply chain experience with focus in Omni Channel Planning, Forecast & Demand Planning
Business Architecture knowledge and experience
Leadership and communication skills
Fluent in English
