Align business architecture strategy with overall business goals and objectives, interpreting and contextualizing strategy for operational needs.
Design and implement comprehensive business solutions that span across domains, business lines, customer segments, and technologies.
Develop and maintain business capability models and value streams to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Ensure all solution designs are customer-centric, incorporating design principles and assessing impacts on customer journeys and customer experience (CX).
Prioritize end-user needs in all solution designs, ensuring seamless integration with various channels.
Collaborate with Advanced Analytics (AA) to ensure high data and process quality in all business solutions.
Work closely with business leaders and IT architects to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Establish metrics to measure the performance and impact of business architecture initiatives.
