Develop and refine capability questions for key project areas.
Analyze business services with a focus on identifying potential failure points (risk & control perspective).
Translate business service analyses into actionable questions and requirements for business processes, teams, and products.
Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders.
Support the development of new competencies within the organization.

Strong experience in business architecture, operational resilience, or complex process modelling.
Ability to convert technical incidents into simple, business-led narratives and testable control questions.
Deep understanding of end-to-end customer journeys and supplier integration points.
Skilled in root cause analysis, thematic analysis, and control framework design.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders (Group BRR, Service Owners, Procurement).
Exceptional written communication skills to produce regulator-ready artefacts.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the banking sector.
Broad knowledge of the banking environment and banking products.
Strong analytical skills.
Solid understanding of financial law and industry regulations.
Knowledge in the following areas: Investment banking, Market data, Trading platforms, Payments
