Join the rapidly growing Office of Data Management and Big Data, which plays a key role in the transformation of one of Polands largest banks into a data-centric organization. The team is responsible for data management, data quality, metadata engineering and information process automation. In subsequent phases, it focuses on the business monetization of data and its real impact on management and operational decisions. Your tasks
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to the use of data in business processes
- Creating business-system analyses for data platforms and analytical and reporting systems
- Design, development and maintenance of the Logical Data Model and Business Concept Dictionary
- Building and maintaining dictionaries mapping source data to the data model, measure and dimension dictionaries
- Creation and updating of project documentation
- Work closely with architects, data engineers, system analysts and manufacturing teams
- Collaborating with the business to improve data quality and algorithms to support data quality
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in data area projects in the banking or financial sector
- Experience in independently conducting analysis and interacting with business
- Ability to collect, describe and document business and system requirements
- Practice in data modeling, including familiarity with UML notation and working with modeling tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect, Quest Data Modeler or similar).
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence tools
- Ability to work with SQL query language
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level
- Willingness to work hybrid from the Warsaw office - for those living in Warsaw: min. 1 day per week, for those outside Warsaw: min. 1 day per month
- Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language
