The Business Systems Analyst will become part of the team managing the development and maintenance of financial applications implemented in Java.

responsibilities :
Collaborate with internal and external experts to gather and analyze business requirements
Translate requirements into technical documentation, create use cases, and define business rules
Prepare and maintain requirements documentation (BRD), map business processes, and develop functional specifications and mockups
Conduct impact analyses, feasibility studies, and identify potential discrepancies
Track project progress, report work status, resolve issues, and recommend next steps
Extract and validate data necessary for business analysis
Execute user acceptance testing, provide user training, and assist in resolving production issues
Coordinate with external support teams, reporting discrepancies and interruptions in data availability
requirements-expected :
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business and systems analysis
Experience working on projects in finance or capital markets
Skilled in data analysis and understanding relationships within data models
Familiarity with SDLC and iterative methodologies such as Scrum
Strong communication skills in both Polish and English, spoken and written
Experience collaborating directly with business clients
Proficient in SQL for extracting and analyzing data
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning business processes and solving problems
Methodical in approach with strong skills in creating technical and business specification
