The role

The Business Analytics Manager will join our Central Pricing team, lead a team of Data Analysts and Data Scientists to transform raw data into actionable business insights, guiding strategic decisions and performance improvement. The role requires a combination of technical skills (like statistical modeling, SQL, and BI tools) and strong leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collaboration with sales teams, data analysis, and team management in an e‑commerce or classifieds context, with a proven ability to drive impactful decisions that enhance market positioning and profitability. This position can only be hired on a hybrid model based in Warsaw or Poznań.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to deliver meaningful solutions enabling to achieve company goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, data‑driven decision‑making, and continuous improvement within the Pricing team.
  • Set clear performance objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and support career development for team members.
  • Develop and implement data strategies that support the company’s objectives and enhance data utilization.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify analytical needs and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Actively participate in both local and regional data and analytics projects.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all systems through robust data governance practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data management roles.
  • 2+ years of proven leadership experience managing data and analytics teams.
  • Experience and knowledge on how to define key metrics for the business growth.
  • Understanding of e‑Commerce or Classifieds business is an advantage.
  • Very good English skills (B2/C1 is a must).
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to break down complex pricing challenges and find actionable solutions.
  • Strategic thinker: Balances long‑term vision with short‑term execution, always keeping the company’s objectives in mind.
  • Collaborative leader: Skilled in managing cross‑functional relationships and leading teams toward shared goals.
  • Customer‑centric: Deep understanding of customer behavior and the role pricing plays in shaping their decisions.
  • Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment and make decisions quickly based on data and market insights.
