Join OLX as a Business Analytics Manager in our Central Pricing team based in Warsaw or Poznań. Lead a data team to transform raw data into actionable insights, guiding strategic decisions and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a data analytics team, setting objectives, providing feedback, and supporting career development.
• Foster a data-driven culture, encouraging collaboration across the Pricing team.
• Develop and implement data strategies that support company objectives and enhance data utilization.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify analytical needs and deliver solutions.
• Actively participate in local and regional data and analytics projects.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through robust data governance practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data management roles.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience managing data and analytics teams.
• Experience defining key metrics for business growth.
• Understanding of eCommerce or Classifieds business is an advantage.
• Very good English skills (B2/C1).
• Analytical mindset: Ability to break down complex pricing challenges.
• Strategic thinker: Balances long-term vision with short-term execution.
