Business Analytics Coordinator is responsible for establishing new processes and optimisation of existing processes as well as developing new tools for Teams within the Department.
Creating detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse trend data, and use past performance to generate recommendations
Planning and overseeing projects related with business analytics area
Help other department with cases related with automatization and improving their processes
Provide knowledge and technical support on operating various systems
Enhance existing and create new tools and reports to facilitate day-to-day operations
requirements-expected :
2-4 years of suitable working experience in Maritime transport & logistics
Operate advanced English, written and spoken
Advanced working knowledge of EXCEL and Google Sheets
Exhibit Customer focus and project management skills
Be able to work under time pressure and according to deadlines
Communicate effectively
Be accurate and detail oriented
