About The Job
We are looking for a Business Analyst in Warsaw, Poland, for a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Model and document value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data.
- Elicit and analyze business needs, requirements and user stories.
- Support business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software development.
- Maintain and track requirements/user stories in systems lifecycle.
- Transfer business, users and technical needs into business requirements specification.
- Map business goals, project benefits, priorities, components and system features.
- Analyze available systems.
- Support identification of options for potential solutions.
- Support preparation of business cases and feasibility studies.
- Contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance and change management.
- Design, validate and test business processes for process excellence.
- Plan and manage continuous improvement programmes.
- Coach staff on upcoming changes and teach new skills.
- Collaborate with owners of end‑to‑end processes for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement to improve customer service.
Requirements
- Has gone at least one complete lifecycle of a software solution.
- Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation.
- Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis.
- Knowledge in analysis/modelling notations such as UML, logical data model etc.
- Proficient in using modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively.
- Problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Certifications
- CBAP or equivalent.
- Certified UML Professional at foundation level, BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent.
