Technologies-expected : Jira Office 365 suite about-project : This role requires aligning your work schedule with the US time zone, while working remotely from Poland. responsibilities : Gather and analyze business requirements, preparing analytical documentation. Create and manage task backlogs in Jira, including prioritizing requirements and monitoring progress. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements. Prepare reports and analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other Office 365 applications. Participate in project meetings, presenting analysis results and optimization suggestions. requirements-expected : Readiness for remote work in the US time zone and willingness to engage in business travel. Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT environment. Strong knowledge of Jira and the Office 365 suite (Excel, Power Point, Teams, Share Point). Ability to analyze and model business processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Knowledge of laboratory processes. Ability to create analytical documentation and reports.
