• This role requires aligning your work schedule with the US time zone, while working remotely from Poland.

• Gather and analyze business requirements, preparing analytical documentation.
• Create and manage task backlogs in Jira, including prioritizing requirements and monitoring progress.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Prepare reports and analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other Office 365 applications.
• Participate in project meetings, presenting analysis results and optimization suggestions.

• Readiness for remote work in the US time zone and willingness to engage in business travel.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and the Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to analyze and model business processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of laboratory processes.
• Ability to create analytical documentation and reports.
• Proficiency in English for both written and verbal professional communication.
