As a Business Analyst with knowledge of the Workday platform, you will play a key role in the development of the companys human resources, financial, and operations management tools, providing key decision-making information. Your role will be to effectively leverage Workdays features to optimize business processes and support the organizations strategic decisions.

Your tasks

  • Elicit and define requirements at multiple levels: user, functional, and non-functional
  • Clear formulation of ideas, providing the appropriate level of detail to specific stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of objectives and requirements
  • Manage and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Define and establish project/ release/ sprint scope
  • Translate requirements into specifications, use precise technical language, and create high-quality documentation

Requirements:

  • Expertise in business analysis and tools used for process mapping
  • Ability to think analytically, gather requirements, create use cases, and model business processes
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop leading and moderation techniques (Design Thinking, Google Design Sprint, and others)
  • Familiarity with the Workday platform, and User-Centered Design process
  • Excellent communication skills, synthesizing and communicating ideas with the use of fluent English and Polish
