• Define requirements for the next phase of a long-running application
• Failure Analysis (track down and follow up on bugs, support root cause analysis, report external issues and manage support)
• Prepare meeting materials and presentations (PowerPoint)
• Lead and guide user meetings
• Balance customer expectations with available budget and delivery scope

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Requirements Management: extensive experience in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into functional requirements; proficient in JIRA
• UI Design: creation of mock-ups and click-dummies (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma); familiar with front-end styling frameworks like Sass/SCSS
• Strong communicator with direct customer interaction experience
• Diplomatic and cooperative, even under pressure
• Independent, proactive, and accountable in delivery
• Nice to have: PM or PO experience
