To be successful on projects, the following are required:

• At least 2 years of experience in the Business Analyst (BA) role
• Experience in project documentation development (WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&V, BRD, Business Cases, etc.)
• Experience in business process modeling (BPMN) and using UML for various types of diagrams and models
• Experience in managing communication processes within software development projects
• Experience in stakeholder management in software development projects
• Knowledge of core UX principles and proficiency with prototyping tools (Figma)
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and related frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in system analysis (SQL, database modeling, data analysis, integration analysis and documentation)
• Experience in managing changes to software development requirements
• Knowledge of project risk management fundamentals
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Proficiency in a second foreign language (Polish / German / French / Italian / Spanish) at B2 level or higher
• Analytical thinking (ability to understand complex business processes and propose optimization approaches)
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Proactiveness, passion, and genuine interest in the profession

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a banking or fintech environment
• Experience participating in software development projects in other roles
• Mentoring experience
