responsibilities :
Define and document business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and to support engineering teams in system development
Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives, are delivered on time, and that risks are effectively managed while adapting to changing priorities
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication, coordination, and collaboration across various departments
Provide regular updates on project status to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities
Foster cross-functional collaboration, promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement, and manage administrative functions that support team efficiency
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience in successfully defining, managing, and leading projects, particularly in transformation and strategic initiatives
Solid technical knowledge, including an understanding of software engineering concepts, Agile methodologies, and DevOps frameworks, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and work effectively in a matrixed organization
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven track record of operationalizing best practices and delivering measurable improvements
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across global teams
Fluent Polish required
