Informacje o stanowisku

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in writing project documentation (e.g., WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&S, BRD, Business Cases, etc.)
• Experience in business process modeling (BPMN) and using UML for various diagrams and models
• Participation in communication processes within software development projects
• Participation in stakeholder management in software development projects
• Knowledge of basic UX principles and proficiency with prototyping tools (Figma)
• Understanding of major software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and their frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Participation in managing changes to software development requirements
• Spoken English at B2 level
• Spoken Italian at B2 level
• Analytical thinking (ability to understand complex business processes)
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
• Proactivity, enthusiasm, and passion for the profession

Would Be a Plus:

• Experience working in a bank or fintech projects
• Experience in system analysis (SQL, database modeling, data analysis, research and description of integrations)
• Experience participating in software development in other roles
