As a Business Analyst for Baloise Solution Hub, you will work on projects within the Baloise Group.

• Support of the Product Owner in technical questions about the expansion of our core system.
• Further development of different modules of the core system, Guidewire ( BillingCenter mostly).
• Conceptual elaboration and implementation of technical specifications.
• Creation of test concepts and test execution.
• Process modelling and optimization of business and technical processes as well as analysis of the use of new technical possibilities.
• Management of workshops and working meetings with IT and departments and within the project.

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND AND SKILLSET

• Good  German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Very good knowledge in the  analysis of insurance-specific or banking processes (professional and technical).
• Experience with Guidewire system (especially with BillingCenter).
• Experience in the  creation of technical and test concepts , as well as in the preparation of topics in the form of presentations and decision templates.
• Experience in the project environment and software development in an agile framework.
• Strong sense of ownership.

Recruitment Process Overview:

1. 30 min conversation with our recruiter.
2. 45-60 min with Project Lead & Business Lead.
3. 1 hour with colleagues from the project side.
