Designing functional specifications for applications that meet business and user needs, incorporating telecommunications industry standards.
Documenting business requirements, including detailed customer journeys, features, user stories, and identifying cross-team dependencies.
Preparing and presenting compelling business cases for proposed solutions, considering objectives, resources, timelines, metrics, costs, and risks.
Identifying problems, opportunities, and methods to improve existing business processes and workflows.
Supporting the evaluation of trade-offs associated with different design elements and their impact on software functionality, interoperability, efficiency, and costs.
Actively participating in various stages of the system development lifecycle.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst and certification in the field (e.g., ECBA, CBAP).
Proficiency in both English and German at a C1 level.
Expierience in the Telecommunication industry.
Strong skills in creating and documenting business cases and process mapping.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Experience in facilitating workshops and acting as a liaison between subject matter experts, business owners, and technical teams.
Open for hybrid work from Warsaw or Wroclaw offices.
