• We are looking for a Business and System Analyst to support a project involving the development and enhancement of a Customer Portal.

• Conducting requirements analysis through workshops and collaboration with stakeholders
• Supporting Product Owners and Solution Architects in creating detailed system specifications and designs
• Documenting system integration requirements, interfaces, and data exchange methods
• Supporting the testing team in preparing test plans and validating system functionality
• Providing guidance to the support team after system go-live
• Preparing documentation such as:
• Process models, workflows, and dialog flows
• Data models and database designs
• Software structures and dynamics (UML diagrams, functional descriptions, module descriptions)
• Business rules and system interfaces
• User interfaces, forms, letters, faxes
• Data protection procedures
• Value ranges and plausibility checks

• Experience in business and system analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Confluence, JIRA
• Familiarity with Requirements Engineering frameworks (guidelines and document templates will be provided)
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe)
• Fluent German (mandatory – necessary for working with historical documentation and communicating with some stakeholders)
• Fluent English (project working language)
