YOUR ROLE

Business Solution Designers envision and create digital solutions balancing business and user needs, technology capabilities limitations, common standards and quality aspects, quick wins and future needs. They bridge between Business and Development by guiding both sides towards a solution that delivers business value.

YOUR TASKS

1. Negotiate with different departments from the client during business requirements analysis process.
2. Act as financial domain expert on behalf of a scrum team, acting as a main contact point for business stakeholders.
3. Work closely with IT developers, architect, quality assurance SME, and product owner.
4. Bridge the gap between the business and development team by translating business needs into technical requirements as well as explaining technical solutions to the business stakeholders.
5. Constant cooperation, partnering with others to create, coordinate, and execute test plans: quality assurance testing (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

YOUR PROFILE

1. Bachelors degree in a finance-related and analytical field.
2. Fluency in English language (B2).
3. Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation.
4. Experience in collaboration with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework.
5. Knowledge of BPMN, UML notations, and experience with tools to create mockups.
6. Ability to prepare clear and understandable business documentation (user stories, high level features) with tools knowledge (e.g., Jira / Confluence).
