We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a background in e-commerce and manual testing. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, create process maps, and support the development of high-quality solutions.

Your tasks

• Analyze existing e-commerce business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the e-commerce project
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
• Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user manuals
• Support the testing process by reviewing test cases and ensuring business requirements are met
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on developed solutions before deployment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce projects
• Hands-on experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validating developed solutions
• Strong ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Experience in translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Proficiency in creating structured documentation, including process maps and user manuals
• Understanding of software testing principles and experience in supporting testing activities
• Residing in Poland required
