responsibilities :
Determining operational objectives by studying business functions
Analyzing requirements, specifying user stories/use cases, and managing stakeholders
Evaluating output requirements, business systems, and user needs, identifying problems, and improving processes
Developing and managing documentation, including initiating and tracking documentation workflows
Managing communication activities
Conducting subject matter research and gathering information
requirements-expected :
Working knowledge of word processing tools and other relevant software packages
Excellent research and analytical skills related to clinical, biological, or healthcare data
Minimum 5 years of experience with relevant business management principles techniques and computing systems
Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language
Analytical process mapping and data visualization in the form of metrics, reports, and charts
Excellent communication in both Polish and English
Residing in Poland required
