Your tasks

• Determining operational objectives by studying business functions
• Analyzing requirements, specifying user stories/use cases, and managing stakeholders
• Evaluating output requirements, business systems, and user needs, identifying problems, and improving processes
• Developing and managing documentation, including initiating and tracking documentation workflows
• Managing communication activities
• Conducting subject matter research and gathering information

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of word processing tools and other relevant software packages
• Excellent research and analytical skills related to clinical, biological, or healthcare data
• Minimum 5 years of experience with relevant business management principles techniques and computing systems
• Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language
• Analytical process mapping and data visualization in the form of metrics, reports, and charts
• Excellent communication in both Polish and English
• Residing in Poland required

Nice-to-have requirements

• Experience with RWD registry creation
