responsibilities :

Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements supporting AWS cloud initiatives
Lead and coordinate AWS cost optimization projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and on-time delivery
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain smooth execution of transformation efforts
Provide regular, clear updates to senior leadership on project status, milestones, risks, and potential improvements
Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and foster transparent communication to promote continuous process enhancement

requirements-expected :

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within technical or engineering-driven projects and transformations
Solid understanding of AWS cloud services, including cost management tools such as AWS Cost Explorer, and familiarity with key concepts like EC2, S3, and Reserved/Spot Instances
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and software engineering principles to effectively bridge business needs and technical implementation
Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing and collaborating across multiple teams in a matrixed organizational structure
Strong command of English (at least B2 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging global teams and stakeholders
Residing in Poland required
