We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the analysis and modelling of business processes, definition of business and system requirements, and coordination of the implementation of new solutions.
The role involves close cooperation with business stakeholders and IT teams, participation in end-to-end delivery of changes, and continuous improvement of processes and systems within a complex organizational environment.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in business or system analysis, strong knowledge of UML and BPMN, and is comfortable working independently in a hybrid work model. Fluent English is required due to documentation and stakeholder communication.
The office is located in central Warsaw (Rondo Daszyńskiego), with work split between the office and Home Office.

Preparing implementation plans and coordinating the rollout of new products, partners, processes, and systems
Describing business processes, conducting user trainings, creating test plans, coordinating testing, and managing change
Identifying and proposing new solutions to increase process efficiency and/or improve data quality in systems
Coordinating and leading business and system process reviews during design, development, and testing phases, including formal reviews and approvals when required
Collecting, analysing, and documenting operational, process, regulatory, and system business requirements
Documenting, analysing, designing, and optimizing business processes
Conducting analytical work with internal business clients
Validating and verifying business requirements with regard to technical feasibility and system implementation
Developing new solutions in cooperation with business stakeholders
Writing operational procedures and documentation, including documentation in English
Modelling business processes and IT system functionalities (UML/BPMN)
Coordinating activities related to the implementation of system and process changes
Testing systems and applications
Defining management and operational reports
Cooperating closely with software developers
Cooperating with external vendors during project execution
Providing business and administrative support for business applications, including policy and claims administration systems
requirements-expected :
University degree in Economics, Finance, IT, or related fields (e.g. technical or mathematical studies)
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
Practical experience in identifying, managing, and documenting user requirements and creating system specifications
Knowledge of Agile project management principles
Very good work organization and ability to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project and MS Visio
Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN notation
Openness to change and a proactive approach to seeking and creating new solutions
