We are looking for a Business Analyst who will join our Team supporting one of the biggest investment banks.

Key responsibilities:

EUC Process support:

• Generate weekly and monthly reports from the EUC Portal and MicroStrategy to support the EUC Champion in monitoring the businesss adherence to the End User Computing Policy.
• Assist the EUC Champion in managing periodic requests from the EUC Enterprise Governance Team, including:
• Tracking the completion of EUC Risk Assessments as required
• Tracking and ensuring the disposition of potential EUCs identified by discovery tools.

Data Quality Monitoring (DQM) Tool and Process Enhancement:

• Creating and maintaining JIRA tickets for new features and production issues to support continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate and support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for the DQM tool by requesting test scripts, creating test cases within Zephyr, tracking UAT progress and ensuring all testing artifacts and evidence are properly documented and uploaded upon completion to validate that the tool meets business requirements.

Metrics Automation Project:

• Contribute to the Metrics Automation project by creating and updating business requirements within JIRA,
• Assist with the UAT process by creating test cases in Zephyr and uploading respective artifacts.

Skills required:

• Proficiency in utilizing the Jira application for tracking, managing, and reporting on project activities.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in validating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results and managing artifacts, ensuring adherence to project standards and control procedures.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

• Preferred but not required, proven ability to analyze workflows, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement automation or simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce redundancies.

Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation:

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, build healthy working relationships, and drive common objectives,

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating reports, performing data analysis, and utilizing pivot tables to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
