Business Analyst (Trustee Change Team) – Citi
Join the Trustee Change Team as a Business Analyst. You will support system changes and business process improvements across Trustee Operations.
Responsibilities
- Preparation & analysis of proposed system changes, gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Lead and coordinate gathering of business change requests, system developments, and new business onboarding across Trustee Operations.
- Identify and solve issues in projects across multiple business areas.
- Co‑operate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver business requirements and conduct system testing.
- Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation.
- Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing implementation risk.
- Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and all necessary client and internal approvals for the project are obtained.
- Ensure implemented processes are compliant with local and global regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in business analysis and project work.
- Experience building end‑to‑end business requirements and process mapping.
- Experience in UAT test case and test scenario writing.
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with various project stakeholders.
- Experience supporting operations teams with production issues/system queries.
