As Trading Business Analyst, you will support the development and improvement of systems and processes related to trading activities in the interbank financial market. Your task will be to combine business and technical expertise—from analyzing requirements and preparing functional specifications, to supporting testing and implementation of trading systems and processes. You will work with traders and dealers, assisting them in the day-to-day processing of trades on interbank platforms, as well as engage in strategic initiatives developed within Tribu. The ability to prioritize tasks, understand the needs of the business and knowledge of front-to-back systems will be key in this role.
Your tasks
- Analysis of business processes in the area of interbank market instruments (including bonds, IRS, CIRS, FX and IR options)
- Creation of detailed requirements specifications and functional documentation for new and developed solutions
- Supporting traders and dealers in the execution and settlement of transactions on interbank platforms (Bloomberg ALLQ, MarketAxess, Tradeweb)
- Diagnosing and solving current problems related to the functioning of platforms and data flow
- Participate in strategic projects implemented within Tribu, including tool development and systems integration
- Execute tasks in accordance with the teams roadmap and area priorities, while maintaining high quality of delivered results
Requirements
- Min. 4 years of professional experience in the area of business or system analysis in the financial or investment banking sector
- Knowledge of interbank market instruments, including bonds, IRS, CIRS, FX and IR options
- Practical experience working with trading systems such as Murex, Calypso or Kondor
- Experience in working with and supporting trading and dealer teams in placing and handling trades on interbank platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Good work organization and self-reliance in carrying out assigned tasks
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model—office in Warsaw (approx. 2 days per month)
- Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language
