We are looking for an Analyst who will be a key point of contact for business clients in the payments industry, responsible for maintaining relationships, compliance with SLA, and technical support for users using solutions offered by the company.
The analysts task will be to address clients current needs and identify opportunities to generate additional revenue by introducing new solutions.
Working hours corresponding to the EST time zone (Poland 14:00 – 22:00).
responsibilities :
Building long-term relationships with clients, and gaining knowledge about their business, goals, and expectations.
Supporting clients in identifying business requirements and recommending solutions that maximize company revenues.
Converting clients business requirements into detailed technical specifications and presenting them internally and externally.
Maintaining clients system documentation, including functional and operating environment records.
Participating in code release management, collaborating with the Service Desk, Compliance, and Project Management to ensure clients operational stability.
Executing simple projects and adjusting work plans to changing requirements.
Monitoring Service Desk SLAs and occasionally acting as first-line technical support.
requirements-expected :
Professional experience: around 1,5 - 2 years of experience in the following areas: Analysis, Business requirements gathering, problem-solving
Language skills: Advanced English proficiency C1 in both written and spoken communication.
On-call support: Required on-call support for resolving issues (rotating schedule).
Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Experience with API and real-time communication
