Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Business Analyst for an assignment with a large FMCG organization. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a critical transition from an insourcing model to an outsourcing model, specifically focusing on deploying a Loyalty product.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
2. Manage front-end and back-end transitions, ensuring seamless integration.
3. Support application customization and enhancements for consumer-focused solutions.
4. Work with decoupled architecture and oversee stakeholder management.
5. Facilitate process analysis and mapping using Jira and Confluence.
6. Utilize and support backend development with the Epsilon backend tool (or similar specialized tools).

Requirements for the Business Analyst Role:

1. At least 2 years of experience in this role.
2. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working in multicultural teams.
3. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma.
4. Additional experience with Epsilon or Aris will be considered a plus.
5. Knowledge of process mapping and decoupled architectures.
