• For the project we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for a Business Analyst ServiceNow.

• Implementation and optimization of the ServiceNow CMDB
• Supporting the integration of CMP, CMDB, ITOM and Discovery
• Collaboration with various teams to ensure a smooth process
• Communication in English with the project participants

• Profound experience with the ServiceNow CMDB
• Very good knowledge of CMP, CMDB, ITOM and Discovery
• Experience in the implementation and optimization of CMDB solutions
• Fluency in English
