This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, Poland and you will join our Nykredit Wealth Technology department. The Market Data Products team is providing comprehensive tech solutions and robust IT support for sourcing, validation and distribution of market pricing, reference and static data to meet the evolving data needs across Nykredit bank.
As Market Data Business Analyst you will play a critical role in building and optimizing Nykredit’s market data ecosystem, serving as primary bridge between business and technical teams. You will analyze existing IT & business solutions, write documentation, help designing new systems & features.
The Market Data Business Analyst role offers opportunity to learn and develop new cloud based solutions and technologies (such as Microsoft Fabric, Confluent Cloud Kafka, Azure Event Hub), take part in multiyear re-platforming project and work with skilled colleagues in friendly atmosphere.
At Nykredit, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to eight days per month. Your direct manager will be Tomasz Kowalski.
responsibilities :
Define, analyze, and document system requirements, use cases, user stories, and UI/UX improvements (JIRA and Confluence)
Act as the intermediary between business and technology teams
Guide features from conception to launch, including testing and production support
Cooperate with Architects, Tech leads and Product owners
Provide quality assurance
Prepare & execute test plans (xRay)
Manual regression testing
requirements-expected :
Domain knowledge of banking, market data, financial markets & instruments
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate SQL, data visualization tools, UML or BPMN notation, relational database knowledge
Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Degree in Finance, Computer Science or related field
Analytical, good communicator with willingness to share knowledge with others
