Bubibo is growing, and we are looking for a Business Analyst to be our boots-on-the-ground in Warsaw.

What’s the mission? You’ll be the key player for our management systems used by veterinary clinics and grooming salons. You aren't just writing requirements; you’re shaping how pet care works in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with customers and stakeholders in Poland
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Maintain documentation in Confluence
- Create well-structured tasks and user stories in Jira
- Define acceptance criteria and support backlog management
- Participate in planning, estimation, demos, and feature acceptance
- Collaborate closely with design and development teams
Requirements:
- Polish language: Native or C1 level. The person must communicate freely with Polish customers without language friction.
- English is required to communicate with the Ukrainian team
- The role is based in Warsaw
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role)
- Experience with SaaS products
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban
- Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence
- Ability to write User Stories / Use Cases with Acceptance Criteria
- Experience in healthtech / pet-tech
- Knowledge of UML, BPMN, ERD
- Understanding of UX/UI basics
- Experience with APIs and integrations (REST / SOAP)
- Experience working with Figma
