responsibilities :
Translate business needs into implementable features while carefully evaluating risks and opportunities.
Conduct thorough competitive analysis and proactively identify opportunities for new functionalities, ensuring our product stands out in the productivity mining area.
Create Epics, User Stories, and Use Cases based on selected document structure (including Acceptance Criteria).
Work closely with the Head of Product, CTO, other BAs, and UX/UI Designer.
Be a partner for Customer Success and Development teams.
Contribute to the backlog planning and prioritization of task.
requirements-expected :
Previous experience as a functional Business Analyst in software development, preferably in web applications, SaaS and/or data platforms.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical ones.
Proven track record of innovation and introducing new ideas.
Strong analytical, planning and communication skills.
Can-do approach, backed up with persistence, strong problem-solving skills and a positive mindset.
Native/proficient Polish level and at least upper-intermediate business level of English.
