Business Analyst (RPA / UiPath)
Hybrid work from Warsaw or Cracow. B2B via Experis. B2B rate: 140-150 PLN netto+VAT/h. Full-time.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map business processes using BPMN, including AS‑IS/TO‑BE documentation and exception identification.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable bot instructions for RPA development.
- Prepare high‑quality analytical documentation supporting RPA initiatives.
- Use UiPath Task Capture to detail process steps and support automation design.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and ensure effective automation outcomes.
Requirements
- Good understanding of UiPath and general knowledge of how RPA bots operate.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and process mapping (BPMN).
- Strong ability to create detailed AS‑IS/TO‑BE models and identify edge cases.
- Very good command of UiPath Task Capture and documentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Polish and English; readiness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw or Kraków.
