Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst for Risk & Finance to lead a crucial project within the banking domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing various aspects of business analysis, testing, and project management, employing agile methodologies. Daily duties will include gathering, specifying, and documenting business and functional requirements, preparing BRDs and FRDs, and conducting impact analyses. The role demands expertise in risk management techniques such as VaR, Liquidity Risk, and Stress Testing models. A profound understanding of data used in Risk and Finance, particularly financial derivative products, is essential. Candidates should also have experience in valuation and a strong command of SQL.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in business analysis, testing, and project management.
• Proven ability to gather, specify, and document business and functional requirements.
• Strong documentation skills, including BRD, FRD, and impact analysis.
• Experience with risk management techniques such as VaR, Liquidity Risk, and Stress Testing models.
• In-depth knowledge of data used in Risk and Finance, with an emphasis on financial derivative products.
• Preferred certification: FRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid domain knowledge in finance and risk management.
• Experience with risk and pricing models, including bonds, derivatives, and equities.
• Strong understanding of SQL.
