Requirements

• Advanced Knowledge of Excel
• At least 2 years of experience in creating reports in Excel
• Inquisitiveness and problem‑solving mindset
• Accuracy and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High sense of responsibility and business maturity
• Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas
• Experience in analysing and optimising business processes
• Advanced English level – at least B2+
• Experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g., VBA, Python) for report automation

Nice To Have

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of industry‑specific metrics and KPIs

Responsibilities

• Creating and developing excel reports
• Updating and proper maintenance of existing reports
• Collecting data and necessary information, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the data received
• Ensuring the reliability of provided reports
• Support in creating and developing reporting tools and automating data collection
• Working closely with the internal operations team and the client
• Understanding the analysed data, its sources and the factors influencing it
• Identifying business needs, gathering and organising requirements from stakeholders
