• Gathering, Validating, and Documenting Requirements : Collaborating with business departments and other teams to collect and validate requirements related to master data management.
• Development of Solution Ideas and Data Models : Creating and refining data models based on the analysis of data and collected business requirements.

• Facilitation of Workshops and Gathering of the Requirements from Business Departments : Leading workshops to gather detailed requirements and ensuring that all relevant data is accurately collected.
• Quality Assurance and Testing of Implemented Business User Stories : Conducting thorough quality checks and assessing the impact of implemented solutions on other teams and the overall business.
• Supporting Business Departments in Delivering Specific Requirements : Assisting business departments in defining and articulating their specific needs to ensure accurate solution development.
• Analyzing and Developing Business Requirements : Participating in the identification, analysis, and documentation of business requirements to guide the development of functional and efficient products.
• Creating User Stories : Developing detailed user stories to accurately convey business needs to the development team, facilitating the creation of appropriate solutions.
• Collaborating with Technical and Business Teams to Precisely Define Requirements : Acting as a bridge to ensure all parties involved have a clear understanding of project objectives and requirements.
• Product Backlog Management : Supporting Product Owner with the product backlog management, refining Product Backlog Items, supporting prioritizing user stories, and adjusting them as needed based on evolving business and technical environments.
• Verification and Acceptance of Solutions : Participating in the testing phase to ensure that the solutions meet predefined user stories and business requirements.
• Training and Workshops for Business Users : Designing and leading educational sessions for business users to enhance their understanding of system capabilities and gather further requirements.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in Business Analyst role.
• Good understanding of technical and architectural topics.
• Good knowledge of English.
