As a growing company specializing in end-to-end product development, we are looking for a smart individual who can bridge the gap between business needs, design ideation, and technical implementation and join us as a cross-functional Business Analyst / Project Manager.
You’ll be supported by experienced specialists in project and product management, design, and development, providing you with a collaborative environment to excel.
We expect you to confidently and swiftly take responsibility for tasks and projects, with a primary focus on one of our key initiatives, which is entering its analysis and ideation stage. Your role will be pivotal in shaping this project’s success from the ground up, working closely with stakeholders to define and implement user-centric solutions while ensuring seamless execution.
responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to gather and understand business requirements.
Evaluate complex processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Work with product designers and developers to research, ideate and define effective solutions.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for both existing projects and business development opportunities.
Oversee project implementation, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and time constraints.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to align on project goals and progress.
requirements-expected :
Proven commercial experience in the IT industry - at least 2 years.
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English to cooperate with international clients and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and map complex processes.
Familiarity with project management methodologies - Agile, Scrum.
Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for ideating user-centric solutions.
Ability to create and manage project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and flowcharts.
