DCG is a modern technology company, gathering in its ranks IT related professionals. Due to the continuous development and the large number of recruitment projects that we carry out for our Partners, we are looking for a person for the position:

Responsibilities:

1. Gather and document requirements
2. Requirements analysis
3. Translate business requirements to technical software requirements
4. Interact with internal and external customers to validate business flows
5. Experienced in composing documentation, e.g. business requirements specification, technical requirements specification
6. Experience in using requirements management systems
7. Experience in managing requirements changes
8. Follow documentation guidelines
9. Experience in working in regulated subject domain (Energy)

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in a similar position
2. Experience in the Energy domain
3. Knowledge of Business Analysis standards and best practices
4. Fluent German
5. Knowledge of English (upper-intermediate level)
6. Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
