Senior Business Analyst - Finance Domain

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client strategic change function. This role requires deep Product Control experience and specialist domain knowledge in FX, Debt or Equities to drive critical change deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a core Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert within the change team, supporting and driving strategic projects across various market segments.
• Apply 3‑5 years of experience specialized within Product Control and deep knowledge of specific market products (e.g., FX, Derivatives, Debt Markets or Structured Equities).
• Analyze complex market product datasets to glean actionable insights and identify key trends or pain points.
• Translate data insights and business needs into high‑quality project artifacts, including detailed requirements, working group discussion points, and user stories.
• Utilize and quickly enhance knowledge of Agile Project management methodologies to facilitate efficient delivery.

Required skills & qualifications

• Master’s in finance, management or quantitative discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience within Product Control, with overall work experience in the range of 5‑10 years.
• Specialist knowledge in one or more market segment such as FX (Spot, Forwards, Options), Debt Markets (Rates, Credit, Structured) or Equities (Cash, Borrowings & Lending, Structured).
• Experience as a business analyst within a change function or contributed to strategic change deliverables as a subject matter expert.
• Comfortable working with market product datasets, gleaning insights and turning them into working group discussion points, requirements, and user stories.
• Control‑minded and promotes both non‑functional and non‑financial aspects of change.
