About the role
Weare looking for aBusiness Analyst for Presales tostrengthen our presales and discovery capabilities. Inthis role, you will work closely with Sales and Solution Architects totranslate early client needs into structured scopes, clear documentation, and persuasive client-facing narratives. Our projects vary, with aprimary focus onIoT initiatives across Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Industrial domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead presales discovery activities: stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements clarification, and alignment ongoals and constraints.
- Perform hands-on product/service decomposition: turn aconcept into aclear scope, key features, and requirement groups.
- Produce astrong set ofpresalesBA artifacts, including: problem statement, objectives, success criteria, scope/ out ofscope, high-level functional requirements, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, risks, business-related artifacts, user/process workflows, functional decompositions, clear, lightweight visuals (asneeded) tosupport alignment and communication
- Support estimation and proposal preparation byensuring the team has sufficient clarity and consistency across inputs.
- Contribute toclient pitching and Q&A: present findings, explain assumptions, and communicate scope confidently tostakeholders.
- Post-sale Discovery— define the Release 1scope and the detailed Sprint 1scope, produce requiredBA artifacts, and support project team staffing.
Requirements
Must-have
- Proven experience asaBusiness Analyst with astrong focus onpresales and client-facing work.
- Strong hands-on decomposition skills and the ability toquickly structure complex orvague requests.
- Ability toproduce high-quality, client-ready documentation under tight timelines.
- Able tomanage ahigh workload and multiple parallel presales streams within tight deadlines.
- Solid communication and facilitation skills (workshops, interviews, alignment sessions).
- Confident presentation skills and experience participating inclient pitches.
- Upper-Intermediate orabove English.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with IoT-related projects.
- Domain experience inHealthcare, Manufacturing, and Industrial.
- Experience working incross-functional presales teams (Sales + Architecture + Delivery stakeholders).
