Business Analyst – Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Sector For our client operating in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives and solution delivery in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical implementation, working closely with stakeholders and development teams. Experience with low-code platforms (especially Mendix ) and knowledge of pharma/biotech processes will be a strong advantage. Responsibilities Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams. Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and architects to ensure solution alignment. Support solution design, testing, and validation to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Participate in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business and technical teams. Maintain requirement traceability and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Support continuous improvement of business processes and digital solutions.
