Responsible for system requirements gathering efforts for new and existing products, supporting Product Management to ensure requirements are appropriately captured and developed
Accountable for appropriately documenting, organizing and tracking requirements in JIRA software.
Responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to understand the business problem and document the business use cases.
Responsible for ensuring business use cases are held centrally and maintained as current so they can be used by the wiser Portfolio team to better support future projects.
Responsible for developing and maintaining the tools needed to capture the client business process requirements which are aligned to Cencora SOPs.
Contributor to Sprint Planning meetings to ensure requirements are appropriately documented, approved and subsequently developed.
Accountable for sharing risks and issues real time with wider project team.
Contributor to effective system validation ensuring development and user experience is as expected, never knowingly passing a defect to minimize impact to client once live.
Contributor to system based continuous process improvement focusing on improvements to user experience or process improvement such as Gold Data
Responsible for onboarding legacy products, gathering requirements and validation documentation and filing in Confluence
Member of Portfolio and the wider Digital Innovation Team; actively participates sharing lessons learnt to drive continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will require a multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving across process, people, data, and technology as well as the ability to understand and translate business needs into functional requirements. The ability to adhere to and champion processes are essential.
Must have experience in the Pharma domain, preferably clinical
Must have experience with stakeholder engagement from leading workshops to liaising with different stakeholders over the course of the project
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must have experience using JIRA software
