The aim of this program is to ease the origination process of deals for the structured finance department. It includes structuration of the deals, their pricing, the management of all regulatory processes as well as addressing reporting needs that help Front Officers take their decisions.
There are 6 teams working on the Origination program. These teams are client centric and are fully autonomous feature teams working on the same application (Origination Platform), each with their own backlog. We follow Agile SCRUM methodology.
Within the team, your mission will mainly consist of verifying that Agile good practices are well applied, writing user stories using Gherkin methodology, conducting new projects, collaborating with developers and the QA in developing new features respecting the defined framework and end users expectations. You will ensure support activities on the web application aligned with the digital transformation principles of the Société Générale Group.
