In this role, you will analyze large volumes of complex data, develop robust processes, and provide strategic insights across functions such as Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Services. By working closely with the Pricing Manager, you will help shape and enhance processes related to Free of Charges (FOC), Tenders, Promotions, and the Discount Approval Process (DAP).
responsibilities :
Prepare reports and data analysis to support business functions.
Assist in managing promotional rebates, Item Master, and the approval process for Promo/FOC/Tender/DAP activities.
Collaborate with the Pricing Manager to align promotional activities for FOC products and samples.
Prepare Order Forms for promotions, tenders, and special offers for dealers.
Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, and IT departments.
Ensure compliance with BHP rules and internal Dentsply Sirona regulations.
Support other tasks assigned by superiors as required.
requirements-expected :
A degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field, or relevant experience in business, marketing, or sales.
1-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to manage large data volumes.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
Proficiency in English language.
Fluent in Polish language.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong ethical standards and integrity, with the ability to build and influence positive relationships across departments.
