To strengthen our team in Sofia, we are looking for you as a Business Analyst (m/f/d); remote work is partly possible within this position.

How you’ll provide positive impact

• Take responsibility for Identity Management projects and be a key Business Analyst with our valued customers.
• Convert business requirements into robust and sustainable IT solutions that drive success and growth.
• Embrace your expertise in agile development methodologies , such as Scrum and Kanban, to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Play an integral role in the analysis phase within a scaled agile development process , crafting detailed user stories and concepts to drive project success.
• Bridge the gap between the client’s business and IT departments , ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve project goals.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our customers’ business processes, paving the way for tailored and effective solutions.

Your Skills and Requirements

• You have a successful university degree (Master, MBA, PhD) in business informatics, computer science, mathematics, physics , or in a comparable field of study.
• Strong IT affinity and an analytical understanding of complex contexts , enabling you to bridge the gap between business and IT seamlessly.
• Knowledge in software testing methodologies and processes to ensure the highest quality of our solutions.
• You have very good presentation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Skills in Salesforce or similar CRM Cloud Services .
• Some programming experience or basic knowledge of IT architecture to facilitate effective communication with development teams.
• Basic German (B) and good English skills complete your profile.
