You have experience in the banking industry as a business analyst or project coordinator.
You have knowledge of AGILE and Waterfall project management methodologies.
You are skilled in negotiating and documenting business requirements clearly for both business and IT stakeholders.
You are proficient in defining functional solutions and discussing business cases with sponsors.
You have experience in project management from a business perspective.
You are a strong communicator, able to interact effectively with business, IT, and other stakeholders.
You are independent yet a team player, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
You are fluent in English and Polish; French is a plus.
You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
You are proficient in MS Office.
